We currently ship to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales (Great Britain) only. We are unable to accept orders from Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or outside the United Kingdom at this time.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days from the date of delivery as a goodwill gesture.

We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or were sent in error, due to the ingestible nature of our supplements.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage, except where you have received an incorrect or defective item. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive your return and have inspected the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 working days from the date we receive the goods to process your return.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to a further 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
We are happy to exchange an item for a different product of the same or lesser value. If you would like to exchange, please state this clearly when contacting us. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at email us and include:
